Enchantment of the Seas Review Feb 4, 2012 - Williamstown, NJ
Enchantment of the Seas Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars

My wife and I recently went on our very first cruise with a group from our church. While it took a little over an hour to get onto the ship when we arrived at the terminal, it was a smooth process overall. The ship staff were friendly through the entire cruise. I have been telling my friends and coworkers ever since I got home about how they should go. I really can't think of anything wrong with our trip.

Cabin: The cabin was spacious enough, however it lacked drawer space. Either that, or we brought too much clothing! :o) We remedied it by stacking our pants on the night stands. Who cares, right? Of course the shower was tight, but it didn't take long to get used to.

Food: The meals were excellent with plenty to choose from. If I wanted two different appetizers or even entrees, they had no problem giving them to me.

Service: All ship personnel were eager to help out. As a case in point, we found that the camera shop does not price match cameras when you go on shore, but there was nothing written stating they didn't. So after purchasing a camera and finding it $25 cheaper in St. Thomas, I went to the front desk to ask why, and after they could get nowhere with the camera shop, they ended up giving me a $25 on board credit.
