We left Venezia on Sep 27 09 on the magnificent Musica. Boarding, welcome, went very well... The ship, officers, most of the crew terrific. We missed the balcony we were used to on other cruises, we repeatedly asked for but they could not... I don’t blame them... they had none left.   We missed the friendly smiles of the Filipino staff we had experienced on other cruises. Someone told us they stick together too much......? Then let go the individuals responsible but do not jeopardize the wonderful qualities those people have to contribute to… as waiters…bartenders and the genuine friendly attitudes only...the Filipinos can provide in making a trip memorable. No I am not Filipino... but a Canadian of 100% Italian origin. Please take this as constructive criticism....but the food does not compare with the Costa Cruise line. Very repetitive and plain for a super Italian Ship like Musica Everything else we loved... the itinerary was the best! Missed the scenic elevators BUT the nightly trio on the main floor was classic and beautiful. Stay as you are but improve your class... Brava Musica!!!!
