Impressive looking ship. Poor administration / organisation. Horrendous embarkation ordeal - staff refusing reasonable requests for help. General 'no can do' attitude. Rude and unhelpful staff on reception and accounts desks. |

Good, large cabin with excellent cabin staff. Shame he wasn't cruise director! |

Very poor activities programme. Even if there was an activity advertised, the staff did not turn up. Dinner service so slow we missed every evening show. |
