MSC Fantasia entered service in 2008. The ship is almost 1100 feet in length, has thirteen passenger decks and an impressive atrium. With an approximate capacity of 3900, the ship has roughly 3.0 passengers per crew member. MSC Fantasia has elegant Italian decor throughout the ship and several upgraded amenities.

MSC Fantasia offers passengers a diverse menu of shore excursions through its website, which enables passengers to search by Port. Excursions are segmented by level of difficulty: Easy, Moderate and Difficult. MSC's website provides information on shore excursions, but it need to be improved especially for Caribbean cruises.

MSC Fantasia has over 1600 cabins onboard. You can choose from an Inside, Ocean View, Balcony or Yacht Club Suite. When selecting a cabin, make sure you know which public areas are near, above and below your cabin. Everyone's tastes are different, but it's best not to be surprised when you get onboard.

MSC Fantasia offers a wide variety of dining options onboard. From casual to elegant, we have been told that the cuisine on MSC Cruises is good. There are two seatings for dinner in the main dining rooms, while breakfast and lunch are open seating.
MSC Fantasia features numerous bars & lounges. Whether you are looking for a quiet drink or a place to meet up with friends for the evening, the choices are extensive. Here are some of the most popular spots onboard the ship:
MSC Fantasia's main entertainment venue is La Vanguardia Theatre. Typically, there are two seatings for the theatrical, musical or comedic productions each evening. La Vanguardia Theatre, which is well styled also hosts special theme parties and other events.
MSC Fantasia's Casino Delle Palme is open while the ship is "At Sea." You will find popular table games, including Black Jack, Craps, Poker and Roulette. You will also find lots of Slot Machines and Video Poker. Just a reminder, you must be 21 years of age to enter the casino.
MSC Fantasia has several pools and water parks onboard. Mid-ship on the Splendido Deck, you will find Il Polo Nord Pool for kids and the Tobago water slide. The Aft area is home to the Lido Catalano Pool. The Miraggio Deck has a large water park and the Tropici Pool.

MSC Fantasia features a gym located on the Aurora Deck. You can exercise on elliptical trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes. There are also weight training machines and free-weights available. They also offer a number of classes.
MSC Fantasia's Aurea Spa is located at the forward end of the Mirragio Deck. They offer a wide variety of spa & wellness treatments onboard.
