Holland America recently introduced "As You Wish" dining allowing passengers a flexible dining schedule. If you prefer the traditional set times and seating assignments that option is also available.

- Terrace Grill: day time casual dining on the Lido Deck
- Vista Main Dining Room: meals served in a classic atmosphere

Holland America's ms Noordam features a Casino on the Lower Promenade Deck that is open while the ship is "At Sea." You will find popular games, including Black Jack, Craps, Slot Machines, Texas Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Video Poker.
Typically, there will be Slot tournaments while you are onboard. Just a reminder, you must be 18 years of age to enter the casino.

Holland America Line has a long history dating back to its founding in the late 1800s. Holland America is now based in Seattle and owned by the Carnival Corporation. They have 14 cruise ships in service worldwide and are well known for their Alaska cruises.
Holland America's ms Noordam spends the first three months of the year sailing the Eastern & Southern Caribbean. From April through late October, Noordam sails European itineraries. Holland America's ms Noordam offers passengers a diverse menu of shore excursions through its website, which enables passengers to search by Destination and Port. Excursions can be reserved online up to five days before your cruise, anytime by phone or onboard the ship.
Holland America's ms Noordam has over 900 cabins onboard. You can choose from an Inside, Ocean View, Balcony or Suite. When selecting a cabin, make sure you know which public areas are near, above and below your cabin. Everyone's tastes are different, but it's best not to be surprised when you get onboard.
