Holland America Eurodam has over 1000 cabins onboard. You can choose from an Inside, Ocean View, Balcony or Suite. Cabins are nicely decorated with dark woods and there is ample closet space. Other amenities include: a stocked mini-bar and LG flat-screen TVs with Coby DVD players.
When selecting a cabin, make sure you know which public areas are near, above and below your cabin. Everyone's tastes are different, but it's best not to be surprised when you get onboard.

Holland America Line allows guests who are legal drinking age to bring wine and champagne onboard at the beginning of the cruise. If you bring your own wine or champagne to dinner, a corkage fee of $15/bottle will be applied to your onboard account.
Guests are not permitted to bring any other alcoholic beverages onboard the Eurodam. Alcohol purchased in the ship's duty free or in port will be held until the end of your cruise. A reminder, the legal drinking age onboard the ship is 21 years of age.

Holland America Line has a long history dating back to its founding in the late 1800s. Holland America is now based in Seattle and owned by the Carnival Corporation. They have 14 cruise ships in service worldwide and are well known for their Alaska cruises.
Holland America Eurodam entered service in 2008. The ship is 936 feet in length and has eleven passenger decks. With a capacity of 2104, the ship has roughly 2.6 passengers per crew member. Eurodam has many of the touches found onboard other Holland America ships plus several new amenities that are described in the following sections.
Holland America Eurodam spends the first few months of the year sailing the Eastern Caribbean. After a Transatlantic crossing, Eurodam cruises European waters until mid-August. In the Fall, Eurodam cruises to Canada & New England followed by Caribbean itineraries for the remainder of the year.
Holland America Eurodam offers passengers a diverse menu of shore excursions through its website, where passengers can search by Destination and Port. Excursions can be reserved in advance online up to five days before your cruise or anytime by phone. Once onboard the ship, you can reserve tickets from the Shore Excursions Office (Deck 1) or from one of e-Ticket Machines located mid-ship next to the elevators (Decks 1, 2, 3 & 9).
Holland America Eurodam offers a wide variety of dining options onboard. From casual to elegant, we have been told that the cuisine on Holland America is very good. Holland America recently introduced "As You Wish" dining allowing passengers a flexible dining schedule. If you prefer the traditional set times and seating assignments that option is also available. Whatever your preference, there is a lot to choose from. Eurodam has two new dining concepts, the Canaletto & Tamarind Restaurants.
Holland America Eurodam features numerous bars & lounges. Whether you are looking for a quiet drink or a place to meet up with friends for the evening, the choices are extensive. Here are some of the most popular spots onboard the ship:
Eurodam's main entertainment venue is the two-level Mainstage Theater. Typically, there are two seatings (8:00 & 10:00 PM) for the theatrical, musical or comedic productions each evening. The Mainstage Theater is well styled with comfortable seats.
Holland America Eurodam features a Casino on the Lower Promenade Deck that is open while the ship is "At Sea." You will find popular games, including Black Jack, Craps, Slot Machines, Three Card Poker and Video Poker. Typically, there will be Slot tournaments while you are onboard. Just a reminder, you must be 18 years of age to enter the casino.
Holland America Eurodam has three pools onboard. The Lido Deck Pool is located mid-ship with spa tubs and bar & grill. The Sea View Pool is at the rear of the Lido Deck. There is also a Hydro Pool near the entrance to the Greenhouse Spa & Salon. You will find wooden chairs with lounge pads by the Lido Pool and mesh-back lounge chairs by the Sea View Pool. There are also abundant towels and crew members willing to serve you.

Holland America Eurodam has a large gym located at the forward end of Deck 9 (Lido). You can exercise on Precor elliptical trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes. There are also Cybex weight training machines and free-weights available. They also offer a number of classes and fitness seminars.
