When selecting a cabin, make sure you know which public areas are near, above and below your cabin. Everyone's tastes are different, but it's best not to be surprised when you get onboard.

Holland America Line allows guests who are legal drinking age to bring wine and champagne onboard at the beginning of the cruise. If you bring your own wine or champagne to dinner, a corkage fee of $15/bottle will be applied to your onboard account.
Guests are not permitted to bring any other alcoholic beverages onboard the Eurodam. Alcohol purchased in the ship's duty free or in port will be held until the end of your cruise. A reminder, the legal drinking age onboard the ship is 21 years of age.
