Holland America recently introduced "As You Wish" dining allowing passengers a flexible dining schedule. If you prefer the traditional set times and seating assignments that option is also available.

ms Zuiderdam's main entertainment venue is the Vista Show Lounge located on the Main Deck. Typically, there are two seatings for the theatrical, musical or comedic productions each evening. The Vista Show Lounge is well styled with comfortable seats.

Holland America Zuiderdam features a Casino on the Lower Promenade Deck that is open while the ship is "At Sea." You will find popular games, including Black Jack, Craps, Slot Machines, Texas Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Video Poker.
Typically, there will be Slot tournaments while you are onboard. Just a reminder, you must be 18 years of age to enter the casino.

Holland America's ms Zuiderdam entered service in 2002. The ship is 936 feet in length, has eleven passenger decks and an impressive atrium. With a capacity of 1916, the ship has roughly 2.4 passengers per crew member. ms Zuiderdam has an impressive art collection and sculptures onboard.
Holland America Line has a long history dating back to its founding in the late 1800s. Holland America is now based in Seattle and owned by the Carnival Corporation. Holland America has 15 cruise ships in service worldwide and is well known for their Alaska cruises. The cruise line maintains many classic touches, including dark paneled walls and fine art work. Holland America has historically attracted an older audience, but it's common to find families onboard. Many passengers prefer Holland America over its competitors due to lower guest per square foot ratios.
Holland America ms Zuiderdam is well known for its Panama Canal and Alaska cruises. Zuiderdam offers 7-day Alaska cruises from Vancouver, British Columbia. Westbound Panama Canal cruises depart from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
