| Food and service were excellent. Dining room waiter was having some personal issues, but assistant waiter was fine. Check-in was a nightmare and we waited in line for over an hour and a half. This quality of cruise ship should have better organization at check-in. Also the embarkation photo background was the people in line behind you. I doubt they sold many of those. The Internet was the poorest we have ever experienced and although we bought a package, we were never able to use it because it was so slow--would take about 2 minutes to open a simple email. We handled our internet usage when we got off the ship at a port. Also, we never received any prior information as to the different theme nights, nor how many formal nights they planned. It would have been nice to participate if we had advanced information. But all in all it was a nice cruise with excellent service by the staff and the ship was very tastefully decorated. |
