Cunard Queen Victoria entered service in 2007 with a maiden European sailing. The ship is smaller than Cunard's Queen Mary 2 at 964 feet in length, has 12 passenger decks and an impressive atrium. With a capacity of 2000, the ship has roughly 2.2 passengers per crew member.

Cunard has a fleet of three cruise ships, the Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, and the new Queen Elizabeth. The Queen Elizabeth 2 was retired from the fleet in 2008. Cunard has a long and distinguished history dating back to the 1800s. Now owned by Carnival Corporation, Cunard's cruise ships still maintain a classic feel with excellent service and modern amenities.

Cunard Queen Victoria has almost 1000 cabins onboard, of which 70% feature balconies. There are four cabins classes aboard Queen Mary 2: Britannia Staterooms; Princess Grill Suites; and Queens Grill Suites. When selecting a cabin, make sure you know which public areas are near, above and below your cabin. Everyone's tastes are different, but it's best not to be surprised when you get onboard.
- Queens Grill Suites: 508 - 2131 sq. ft. with balconies, butler service, access to private lounges and special amenities
- Princess Grill Suites: 335 - 513 sq. ft. with balconies, access to private lounges and special amenities
- Britannia Staterooms: Standard Inside (155 sq. ft.); Ocean View (180 - 201 sq. ft.); and Balcony (242 - 472 sq. ft.)

Cunard would allows guests who are legal drinking age to bring one bottle of wine or champagne onboard Queen Victoria at the beginning of the cruise. If you bring your own wine or champagne to dinner, a corkage fee of $15/bottle will be applied to your onboard account.
Guests are not permitted to bring any other alcoholic beverages onboard Queen Victoria. Alcohol purchased in the ship's Duty Free or in port will be held until the last day of your cruise. A reminder, the legal drinking age onboard Queen Victoria is 18 years of age and 21 years of age when Queen Victoria is in U.S. waters.

Queen Victoria's Empire Casino is open while the ship is "At Sea." You will find popular table games, including Black Jack, Craps, Texas Hold'em, Three Card Poker, more than 100 Slot Machines and and Video Poker.
Typically, there will be Slot tournaments while you are onboard. Just a reminder, you must be 18 years of age to enter the casino.

Queen Victoria has three pools onboard. Located mid-ship on Deck 9, you will find the Pavilion Pool with its twin spa tubs. The Lido Pool is located at the rear of Deck 9, which is also home to the Hydro Pool. In typical Cunard style, you will find abundant lounge chairs, towels and crew members willing to serve you.

Queen Victoria features the Royal Spa & Fitness Centre located on Deck 9. You can exercise on elliptical trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes. There are also weight training machines and free-weights available. They also offer a number of classes.
There is a certified trainer on duty if you need help or want a personalized fitness program. You will find men's & women's sauna and steam rooms where you can relax after your workout.
