Cunard Queen Elizabeth Queen Elizabeth joined the Cunard Line fleet in October, 2010. Queen Elizabeth is 964 feet in length and can accommodate approximately 2000 passengers. The ship is built in a grand style reminiscent of luxury cruising in the 1930s and 1940s.

CunardCunard has a fleet of three cruise ships, the Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, and the Queen Elizabeth. The Queen Elizabeth 2 was retired from the fleet in 2008. Cunard has a long and distinguished history dating back to the 1800s. Now owned by Carnival Corporation, Cunard's cruise ships still maintain a classic feel with excellent service and modern amenities.

Cunard Queen Elizabeth InternetCunard's Queen Elizabeth has an Internet cafe and a WiFi network that can be accessed from several public rooms on the ship. We have been told that the wireless network does not support PDAs at this time. Queen Elizabeth also offers email access to guests in their staterooms through a service called "CruisEmail."

Cunard would allows guests who are legal drinking age to bring one bottle of wine or champagne onboard Queen Elizabeth at the beginning of the cruise. If you bring your own wine or champagne to dinner, a corkage fee of $15/bottle will be applied to your onboard account.

Guests are not permitted to bring any other alcoholic beverages onboard Queen Elizabeth. Alcohol purchased in the ship's Duty Free or in port will be held until the last day of your cruise. A reminder, the legal drinking age onboard Queen Elizabeth is 18 years of age and 21 years of age when Queen Elizabeth is in U.S. waters.

Queen Elizabeth's main entertainment venue is the Royal Court Theatre. Typically, there are two seatings for the theatrical, musical or comedic productions each evening. The Royal Court Theatre is well styled with comfortable seats.

Queen Elizabeth's Casino is open while the ship is "At Sea." You will find popular table games, including Black Jack, Craps, Texas Hold'em, Three Card Poker, more than 100 Slot Machines and and Video Poker. Typically, there will be Slot tournaments while you are onboard. Just a reminder, you must be 18 years of age to enter the casino.

Cunard's Queen Elizabeth has several pools onboard. Located mid-ship on Deck 9, you will find the Pavilion Pool with its twin spa tubs. The Lido Pool is located at the rear of Deck 9, which is also home to the Hydro Pool. In typical Cunard style, you will find abundant lounge chairs, towels and crew members willing to serve you on Cunard's Queen Elizabeth.

Cunard's Queen Elizabeth features the Royal Spa & Fitness Centre located on Deck 9. You can exercise on elliptical trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes. There are also weight training machines and free-weights available. They also offer a number of classes.

There is a certified trainer on duty if you need help or want a personalized fitness program. You will find men's & women's sauna and steam rooms where you can relax after your workout.
