Costa Pacifica entered service in 2009. The ship is 950 feet in length and has 14 passenger decks. With a capacity of 3000, the ship has roughly 2.7 passengers per crew member. The ship has many new amenities, including a Grand Prix Race Car simulator.

Costa Pacifica has 1500 cabins onboard. You can choose from an Inside, Outside, Verandah or Suite. When selecting a cabin, make sure you know which public areas are near, above and below your cabin. Everyone's tastes are different, but it's best not to be surprised when you get onboard.

Costa Cruises does not allow guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages (wine, spirits, beer, etc.) onboard the ship. Alcohol purchased in Costa Pacifica's duty free or in port will be held until the end of your cruise. A reminder, the legal drinking age onboard the ship is 21 years of age for cruises departing from U.S. ports and 18 years of age for cruises departing non U.S. ports.
Costa Pacifica offers a wide variety of dining options onboard. From casual to elegant, we have been told that the cuisine on Costa Cruises is good. Whatever your preference, there is a lot to choose from on the menu.
Costa Pacifica features more than a dozen bars & lounges. Whether you are looking for a quiet drink or a place to meet up with friends for the evening, the choices are extensive. Here are some of the most popular spots onboard the ship:
Costa Pacifica's main entertainment venue is the three-level Stardust Theater. Typically, there are two seatings for the theatrical, musical or comedic productions each evening. You will find additional live entertainment in the bars & lounges onboard.
Costa Pacifica's Flamingo Casino is open while the ship is "At Sea." You will find popular games, including Black Jack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Craps, Slot Machines and Three Card Poker. Like most cruise lines, Costa offers a casino loyalty program. Typically, there will be Slot tournaments while you are onboard.
Costa Pacifica has four swimming pools onboard, including one with a retractable roof and the Squok pool for children. Costa Pacifica has six hot tubs, spacious decks with comfortable lounge chairs and several pool bars.

Costa Pacifica has a large fitness facility. You can exercise on elliptical trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes. There are also weight training machines and free-weights available. They also offer a number of classes.
