Costa Marina's main entertainment venue is the Tropicana Theater. Typically, there are two seatings for the theatrical, musical or comedic productions each evening. The Tropicana Theater seats less than 400 and is much smaller than theaters on more modern cruise ships.

Costa Marina's Sicilia Casino is open while the ship is "At Sea." You will find popular games, including Black Jack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Craps, Slot Machines and Three Card Poker. Like most cruise lines, Costa offers a casino loyalty program.
Typically, there will be Slot tournaments while you are onboard. Just a reminder, you must be 18 years of age to enter the casino.

Costa Cruises has 12 ships in service worldwide. The company has a rich history and was formerly known as Linea C. Based in Italy, Costa Cruises is now owned by the Carnival Corporation.
They offer diverse itineraries that literally touch every cover the globe.
Costa Marina entered service in 1990 and was renovated in 2002. The ship is 577 feet in length, has eight passenger decks and an impressive atrium. With a capacity of 763, the ship has roughly 1.9 passengers per crew member. The ship caters to a predominantly German clientele.
Costa Marina sails the Mediterranean year round from of Savona near Genoa, Italy and Barcelona, Spain. Costa Marina's itineraries allow passengers to discover the Mediterranean's interesting ports, cities and cultural destinations.
Costa Marina offers passengers a diverse menu of shore excursions based three levels of entertainment: Easy, Moderate and Hard. Shore excursions can be reserved via Costa Cruise's website three days after travelers have paid a deposit.
Costa Marina has 388 cabins onboard. Take note, very few have balconies. You can choose from an Inside, Ocean View or Suite. When selecting a cabin, make sure you know which public areas are near, above and below your cabin. Everyone's tastes are different, but it's best not to be surprised when you get onboard.

Costa Cruises does not allow guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages (wine, spirits, beer, etc.) onboard the ship. Alcohol purchased in the ship's duty free or in port will be held until the end of your cruise. A reminder, the legal drinking age onboard the ship is 21 years of age for cruises departing from U.S. ports and 18 years of age for cruises departing non U.S. ports.
Costa Marina has a main pool and a children's pool. There are also three spa tubs onboard. Costa Marina's pool area feels more congested than other ships in Costa's fleet. The deck has numerous good quality lounge chairs.

Costa Marina features a large gym at the forward end of the Sports Deck. You can exercise on elliptical trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes. There are also weight training machines and free-weights available. They also offer a number of classes.
