We enjoyed our overall experience, but were saddened by the lack of customer service. At dinner our Assistant waiter smelled of Body Odor so bad, I had to get up and leave the table and couldn't continue my dinner. My husband said something to the head waiter, and the rest of the time, it was ok. I may just be used to the extraordinary treatment of the Disney Cruise Line, but even simple things like I had to move out of 2 employees walking side by side down our corridor, or someone with a cart not moving to the side and letting us pass. On Disney, customer service was #1 with them, always greeted with pleasant smile, not so much on Celebrity. We did enjoy the food and the activities. We got the cruise for an excellent price, so we would probably try them again; maybe we just had a bad experience with the employees. |
