| The cruise was amazing, the ship was gorgeous...my only complaint is that of Senses Spa. We had a couples massage booked for the last day of the cruise. My husband and I both came down with a stomach bug. I called to cancel and was informed that they have a 50% cancellation fee but if we booked another service that we would not be charged. My husband booked a haircut and shave since he was not in as bad of shape as I was. He went to the spa and got his cut and shave only to find that we were charged the cancellation fee anyway. The cut and shave ended up costing him $149 plus a tip. Disney should be ashamed of themselves for such a practice. They prefer and preach that if you come down with stomach issues that you should stay in your stateroom, however, they charge you 50% if you miss your spa treatment due to the illness. |
