What a great trip!! A 5 day cruise on Carnival's Destiny, with 1 day at sea, and 3 separate ports is perfect!! The 2st port was Grand Turk: small village with a variety of shops - just big enough to spend the fews hurs we were there. 2nd port was Half Moon Cay (Carnival's private island): gorgeous!!!! Horseback was great, the staff was wonderful - overall, I would definitely go back!! 3rd port was Nassau: spent the day at Atlantis - gorgeous hotel, waterpark was fun. On-board... the staff was amazing!! Our room steward was so great, our dinner wait-staff was AWESOME, the cruise staff was so friendly, and Noonan was a great cruise director. The staff was great to have tons of activities going on for everyone (kids to adults). Movies under-the-stars were fun. Food... I think I was expecting more choices, but I didn't eat as much as I thought I would. Room size... it was a good size. I would definitely recommend getting a balcony - such great views!!! Overall... I would definitely go back!! Same boat, same staff, same ports. Such a great, memorable vacation!!! |
